I am so happy to see the development of the AOA. It will be a much needed educational resource for our profession. Dr. Schwandt is one of those rare individuals who is exceptionally talented at what he does professionally, and also a genuinely kind and caring human being. When I was studying with him, I always admired his positive energy, enthusiasm and ability to engage with his students on the subject matter. I also cherish our continuing relationship long after my completion of study. I wish he and his colleagues well in this important endeavor.
